Staydeed Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Staydeed website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Staydeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Staydeed

Staydeed operates as an online travel booking platform that connects users ("Guests") with third-party accommodation providers and travel service providers ("Properties"). Staydeed does not own, manage, or operate any listed Property unless explicitly stated.

Eligibility & User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation through Staydeed.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, property rules, and house policies.

Bookings and Contracts

  • When you complete a reservation, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Property.
  • Staydeed’s role is limited to facilitating the booking and transmitting reservation details.
  • Booking details, including cancellation and payment terms, are displayed before confirmation and included in your confirmation email.

SMS Messaging Terms

  • By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Staydeed, you agree to receive text messages related to reservation confirmations, booking updates, account notifications, customer support communications, and optional promotional offers.
  • Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and reservations.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our Customer Support Team.
  • Supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices and Payments

  • Prices are displayed per room or unit and may include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Some reservations require immediate payment, while others allow payment at the Property.
  • Currency conversion rates, where shown, are estimates and may vary.

Cancellations, Changes, & No-Shows

  • Cancellation and modification policies vary by Property and rate type.
  • Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Late cancellations or failure to check in without notice ("No-Show") may result in partial or full charges.

Travel Disruptions & Force Majeure

Staydeed is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by Properties, transportation providers, weather conditions, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control. Any refunds or alternative arrangements are subject to the Property’s policies and applicable law.

Guest Conduct & Property Rules

Guests must respect Property rules and local laws. Properties may charge Guests for damages, violations, or additional services incurred during the stay.

Reviews & User Content

  • Guests may submit reviews following completed stays.
  • Reviews must be truthful and comply with Staydeed content guidelines.
  • Staydeed reserves the right to remove content that is misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Staydeed and may not be used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staydeed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to bookings, Property services, or Platform use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staydeed from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Staydeed Privacy Policy , which forms part of these Terms.

Termination

Staydeed may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable U.S. law, as specified in Staydeed’s legal notices. Disputes may be subject to arbitration or other resolution methods as permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Staydeed may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
